Prof. Zoran Miljković

Professor Zoran Miljković is a Full Professor in Production Engineering at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Professor Zoran Miljković is a Head of Laboratory for Industrial Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (ROBOTICS) within the Department of Production Engineering. Professor Zoran Miljković received Dr.Sc. (Latin: Scientiae Doctor/Research Ph.D.), MSc (Magister Scientiae-New Latin) and Dipl.-Ing.Diplom-Ingenieur (equivalent to a Master's degree_MSc) degrees in mechanical engineering at the University of Belgrade, all in domain of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.He has authored more than 150 refereed journal and conference papers and has published seven book-chapters in international scientific monographs in domain of Intelligent Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Robotic Systems, Mobile Robotics, Visual Servoing and Image Processing, Intelligent Robotic Control, Machine Learning, Artificial Neural Networks and Co-creative Decision-making. He has published three books (monograph, textbook and handbook) in scientific fields of manufacturing systems and processes, robotics and artificial neural networks. He is also an author of six software packages and several software applications, more than thirty technical solutions as well as methodologies for the production engineering development. Besides scientific and educational activities, Professor Zoran Miljković has been working on a significant number of projects in the field of metalworking industry development in Serbia, Montenegro and EU.

  • He was a Vice Chairperson for H2020-MSCA-ITN and H2020-MSCA-IF calls (2016-2018);
  • Evaluator of H2020-MSCA-ITN 2015 and H2020-MSCA-RISE-2018_Eng. proposals as well as FP7–People - ITN-IAPP-IEF-IOF-IIF_Eng. proposals (2008-2013);
  • Reviewer of H2020-MSCA-ITN_2015-2018, FP7-PEOPLE-ITN_2007-2013 and
  • FP7-PEOPLE-IAPP_2007-2013_Eng. research projects within the „Research Executive Agency“ established by the European Commission in Brussels
